Normal: CO2-Output = CO2-Produktion
=> ca. 0.35 L/min
berechnet mit: Output = Af x VA x CO2 Fraktion in Ausatmungsluft
Af =Atemfrequenz
VA = Alveoläre Ventilation
Bei Störung einer der Parameter => Hypoventilation:
- CO2-Output << CO2-Produktion
- PaCO2 ↑
