Community based organizations mobilize the community educating them of the projects they can begin to create job opportunities to the jobless as well as developing themselves. The organizations work with groups not individuals. They do this to ensure the services reach many people rather than benefiting an individual. The groups organize themselves and get registered.

The community-based organizations require the groups to have a research proposal of the activities they intend to undertake. As the chairperson of a registered group, I found myself given the responsibility of writing essay maps the group’s research proposal.
