The Right Diet During Exam Phases

Here a few diet tipps which will help your brain, eyes etc. during exam preparation.

  1. Vitamins. Especially Vitamin A (eggs, milk products, yellow and green vegetables), Vitamin D (milk products, fish), Vitamin E (herbal oils), Vitamin K (green plant leaves).
  2. Dietary Minerals. Bor (apples, beans, carrots, grapes, nuts), Iron (fish, meat), Calcium (bread, eggs, seafood, vegetables), Calium (vegetables, milk, meat, bananas), Magnesium (cacao, almonds, bananas, beans, fruits, vegetables)
  3. Tea
  4. Water

You should drink at leas 2 litres.

Avoid the following (not just during exam preparation), because it harms your body:

  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes
  • Coffee
  • Drugs

If you cannot refrain from coffee, don’t forget to drink enough water to compensate what coffee takes away from your body. Due to the risk of dehydration coffee houses in the Orient always serve water with coffee.
