Was ist Cellulose?
Cellulose ist ein unverzweigtes Polysaccharid, das aus mehreren hundert bis zehntausend β-D-Glucose-Molekülen ((1→4) β-glykosidische Bindung) bzw. Cellobiose-Einheiten besteht. Jod kann sich nicht einlagern.
