Therapie der akuten Pankreatitis?
> VP Überwachung
> Volumen, Volumen, Volumen (Bilanzierung) 3-4l/ 24 h
> Labor: Lipase, CRP, Kalzium, Glukose, BB, Crea, BGA, Gerinnung
> Frühzeitige Wiederaufnahme der Ernährung ggf. Sondenernährung
> Analgetika:
o Tramal®(Tramadol): Trpf. 50-100 mg/ ED, max 400 mg/d
20 Trpf = 50 mg; iv: 50-100 mg
o Dolantin®(Pethidin): 25-150 mg/ED, max 500 mg/d
21 Trpf. = 50 mg; iv 50 mg langsam iv/ 10 mg/min, max 500 mg/d
> Thrombembolieprophylaxe (low dose Hep)
> Antibitiukum: Imipenem, Meropenem, Ciprofloxacin + Metronidazol
für je 10 Tage
