Dieses Präparat hat lauf Beschriftung keinen pathologischen Befund
Gelbkörper
Histologie:
Bindegewebe in der ehemaligen Follikelhöhle
Thecaluteinzellen (kleiner, meist dunkler gefärbt) auf die Granulosaluteinzellen aufgelagert, septenartig in diese einstrahlend
Granulosaluteinzellen (Hauptmasse), ca. 20 Zellschichten in einem Band, warbig wie Fetttröpfchen
Dichtes Gefäßnetz
Anatomie:
Nach dem Follikelsprung gelangt Blut in die Follikelhöhle (Corpus rubrum/hämorrhagicum), daraus entsteht durch Umbauvorgänge der Gelbkörper innerhalb von etwa 3 Tagen.
Das Corpus luteum stellt eine endokrine Drüse dar
Gelbfärbung durch Einlagerung von Lipiden (Cholesterin aus der Leber)
Weiterentwicklung
1. C.l. graviditatis
2. C.l. menstruationis Corpus albicans Abbau
