You Decide
A state emergency management agency will be conducting a training exercise with a federal agency. Specifically, a disaster simulation will occur with hundreds of volunteers as well as first responders using actual supplies and equipment. The exercise will be paid for by the state agency but with money obtained via a grant from the federal government.
