ATP is constantly created by muscles, cannot be stored, but be used.

Creatine Phosphate (CP) is the storage molecule for ATP.
ATP + CP = ADP + CP

Energy stored in CP can convert ADP back to ATP
ADP + CP = ATP + creatine (enzyme used is CPK)
