In order to find out what type of posts your target audience engages with most on Facebook, you will need to use Facebook insights. This tool will provide valuable information about the demographics, interests, and behaviors of your target audience. The “behaviors” tab is a great place to start. You can see what posts your followers interact with the most and which posts they engage with the least. This will help you figure out what type of posts they enjoy seeing from you, which can help you determine how often to post and what types of content to share.
