Was bedeutet   Effektivverzinsung
Effektivverzinsung =  Rendite, Laufende Verzinsung.

Tatsächlicher Jahresertrag des eingesetzten Kapitals. Berücksichtigt bei der Berechnung werden alle Ankaufs- und Verkaufgebühren, der Erwerbs- und Rückzahlungskurs, Laufzeit, Form der Tilgung, eventuelle Auf- oder Abschläge (Agio, Disagio), etc.
Die Effektivverzinsung wird meist in Prozent angegeben und differiert fast immer mit dem Prozentsatz des Nominalzinses oder der Dividende, da der Erwerbskurs i.d.R. nicht mit dem Nennwert übereinstimmt.
